Jobidate is a platform that connects candidates, companies and partners (IT service companies, recruitment agencies) in the IT employment field.
Creating an account and using the platform imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
Access to the platform is free for candidates. Paid plans may be offered to companies and partners; their pricing terms are communicated separately.
Jobidate strives to keep the service available 24/7, but cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond its control.

The user remains the owner of the content they publish (profile, job offers, applications) and warrants that they hold the rights necessary to share it.
The user authorises Jobidate to host and display this content as part of the operation of the matching service.
Jobidate provides a matching tool but is not a party to any contractual relationships entered into between candidates, companies and partners. Jobidate does not guarantee hiring or the conclusion of an assignment.
Jobidate cannot be held liable for the accuracy of information published by users or for decisions made on the basis of that information.
The user may delete their account at any time from their workspace or by contacting support.
Jobidate reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use, without prejudice to any other remedies.
The processing of personal data when using the platform is described in our privacy policy, which complies with the GDPR.
Jobidate may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users are informed of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
